Some people just can’t control their emotions…
Last night when Little Mix won The X Factor my focus wasn’t on their ‘oh my gosh’ faces or on Tulisa having her weird ego-infused breakdown but solely on poor Marcus and how he was coping at realising his life long dream had just come crashing down. Not only did he smile and hug the girls responsible for this life-crushing, he also stood back and applauded them. What a guy. Now that The X Factor is over for another year (I know, sob right?) let’s take a look at some of the reality TV losers who did not share Marcus’ grace and poise…
Rachel Crow – The X Factor US
Yes she is only thirteen and yes she does look like she’s actually about eight but come on girl, have some dignity. At least now we know that Steve Jones is RUBBISH at comforting.
Melissa – The Apprentice
I salute Melissa in her rejection of the uniform: “Thank you Lord Sugar for this wonderful opportunity” departure from the show. Show your true colours gal, let them know EXACTLY what you think of them and then have a good old sulk on the sofa, forget about all of the potential employers who might be watching the show, a bit of sass is probably what they’re looking for.
Joan and Melissa Rivers – Celebrity Apprentice (US)
Another fired Melissa, another immature outburst, another great televised moment.
Hollie Steel – Britain’s Got Talent
What a baby.
Ablisa – The X Factor
I went to school with girls like them *shudder*.
Steven – The X Factor
A golden oldie. You hold that head up high Stevey! Not many young rappers understand the importance of providing a fair and balanced argument whilst dissing their rivals. #hero
Sarah Murdoch – Australia’s Next Top Model
Wow. Awkward. They couldn’t have gone to an ad break or waited till after the show or ANYTHING that would be better than this?! Sarah Murdoch’s complete lack of control over this situation makes her the biggest loser in my books. Kelsey and Amanda remain complete babes.
I wonder what the next reality TV filled year will bring… exciting!
